Postpartum Support

Doulas of Dallas provides scheduled postpartum shifts customized for YOU.

Dexterity - Short day shifts

As each day brings new challenges, your doula arrives to satisfy its ever-changing needs. Your doula possesses the experience and flexibility to focus on the unique needs that arise each day,  while always holding the physical, emotional and mental health of you and your baby as a priority.  You can rely on your doula, as they are in your home to ease, educate, comfort, and support you.

Dependability - Full day shifts

There is no greater postpartum confidence builder than having your doula by your side sun-up to  sun-down. Daily, your doula is on hand to fully support you as you discover your parenting style and  develop a healthy routine for you and your family. Her knowledge and know-how enlighten you,  while she also lightens the load of daily housework. Her awareness of your priorities provide you  with the reassurance needed to rest and recover.

Dreams - Overnight shifts

A restful night is every new parent's dream. Regardless of your feeding method, breast or bottle, our overnight shifts help you get maximum rest while supporting your feeding goals. Upon your doula’s arrival, you can unpack all of the day’s questions and concerns with the confidence they will have the answers and validation needed, for you to rest easy.
