Deliver - Physical Support
Your doula will by your side, moving with you, comforting you, positioning you, massaging you, helping you focus, and reminding you to breathe. The hands on physical support your labor doula provides will ease the discomfort of labor and enable you to truly relax between contractions. Whether you need a hand to hold or intense counter-pressure on your low back, the hands of your doula are simply magical.

• Unlimited virtual support via email and phone (text/call) throughout the remainder of your pregnancy with your two doulas.
• 24 hour on call service
• Two in person prenatal visits to discuss your upcoming birth
