As a CAPPA trained Postpartum Doula and Certified Advanced Newborn Care Specialist with over 15 years of professional experience, it would be my honor to serve you and your growing family! I have had the privilege of caring for over 150 newborn families in the Dallas Metroplex and beyond. It is my goal to provide newborn mothers with the tools and practical support they need for a seamless transition into motherhood whether it be the first time or fifth!  Although motherhood doesn't come with a blueprint, it can come with a postpartum doula! Mothering was never meant to be done solo, so I provide not only an extra set of hands, but a non-judgmental, listening ear to address the many concerns and questions of newborn mothers.

I am the mother of six children, three boys and three girls, and seven amazing grandchildren and counting! I enjoy reading, painting, practicing yoga, and traveling.
